    Introduction

    PS Global Ltd is a privately owned Real Estate Development firm, incorporated and registered in Ghana. PS Global Ltd is a member of Ghana Real Estates Developers Association (GREDA). Currently, the main thrust of the Company's business is in Land & Real Estate Development for Individuals, Corporate Clients and the General Public. We are specialists in Land Development. The Company's planned Business and Operational processes have within the short term period enhanced its coherent appeal and attractiveness which definitely comprise but are not limited to:

    After our incorporation and launch in 2001, actual business did not begin until the latter part of the year 2004 when we successfully acquired lands. Thereafter, the Company embarked on Corporate Structuring and Business Process re-engineering. The company plans and projects to develop from a Market entrant into a mainstream Land & Real Estate Development firm within the next five (5) years. This implies always having stocks of land and houses, best prices, appropriate technology, most efficient facilities, right contacts, processes, financial/credit arrangements among others. Currently, the company has more than two thousand five hundred plots of land for residential and commercial real estate development. PS Global Ltd will target three distinct customer segments. The largest segment that they will service is the Middle Income Earners. This segment is growing at 7% a year with 18,000 prospective customers. This segment is especially attractive since most of them are now coming up and are eager to acquire properties that are geared towards their level of income. The second market segment is the senior managers who are increasing at 5% and have 12,000 potential members. The last segment is rich and famous in the country. This section has a 4% growth rate and 6,000 potential customers. The overall marketing plan for the Company's service is based on the following fundamentals:

    • Segmentation of the market(s) planned to reach.
    • Distribution channels planned to reach market segments: Television, radio, sales associates, and mailings.
    • Share of the market expected to capture over a fixed period of time.
